Privacy Policy

Memory Workshop collects only what we need to make your memory: your order email, the photos and words you provide, and — optionally — a voice sample.

What we collect

• Order email — to match your order and send your film.
• Photos & words — the subject and the message you want in the film.
• Voice sample (optional) — only if you choose voice cloning.

How we use it

Your materials are used solely to produce your video and to improve our service. We do not sell your data, and we do not train models on it.

Your control

You may request deletion of your photos, brief, and voice sample at any time by emailing us. We delete them within 30 days of the request (and after delivery by default).

Voice samples

Voice samples are used only with your explicit consent and are deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
