What is the difference between 20s and 40s clips?

Snapshot & Keepsake are 20-second short messages. Signature and Legacy are 40-second longer stories, great for complete family tributes.

Can I pick video aspect ratio?

Taster, Snapshot and Keepsake only include 9:16 vertical. Signature & Legacy include both 9:16 vertical and 16:9 horizontal files.

What counts as a minor revision vs full re-generation?

Minor revision: Adjust subtitle text, tweak lighting, change music style. NO new AI video render.

Full re-generation: New AI video creation, new reference photo, major script rewrite. This consumes new AI credits.

What do I need to submit?

One main reference photo, your short script text, and simple style preferences. For 40s videos, please keep your script within 70–90 words for natural speaking pace.

Can I use this for a deceased loved one?

Yes. You must confirm you own all rights to the photo and have authorization to create this tribute video.

Will the face look exactly the same in every frame?

We maintain likeness as closely as possible. AI may have minor subtle artifacts; perfect frame-by-frame match cannot be guaranteed. This is not a deepfake for deception.

What is your revision policy?

Free minor revisions are limited to the quantity included in your selected package. Minor edits: $5 / $10 per round. Full re-generation is charged separately. Replacing your original reference photo or rewriting the whole script counts as full re-generation.

How long for delivery?

Standard turnaround: 2–3 business days. Signature & Legacy packages get priority 48hr processing.

What about my uploaded photos?

All uploaded images are automatically deleted 30 days after delivery, we will not reuse your photos for other projects.

Do you create videos of children?

ReliveFilm never creates videos of minors under 18.
